Please find below information according to Article 5 of DIRECTIVE 2014/67/EU on the enforcement of Directive 96/71/EC concerning the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services and amending Regulation (EU) No 1024/2012 on administrative cooperation through the Internal Market Information System (‘the IMI Regulation’). You can declare your workers posted to the territory of Hungary according to the Act LXXV of 1996 on labour inspection after a short registration here. As of 1 March 2024, we have a new website. Please use this new interface to perform the declaration and reporting obligation related to posting of workers to Hungary. To fulfill this, you should take a new registration as well. Declarations registered on this website will not be transferred to the new one, however they are still valid and you do not need to report them again.
